The TRX Training Summit unites thought leaders, industry pioneers and hundreds of your peers for two days of inspiration, innovation, and fun. Whether a personal trainer, coach, group instructor, or TRX enthusiast, you will walk away from the weekend inspired and armed with the tools you'll need to up your game on every level.

This event is not part of the IDEA World program. Additional fee required.

Day 1: Wednesday, July 12

Welcome 

TRX Sweat Workout  
Kick off your Summit experience with a TRX SWEAT session. These circuit-style workouts will surely get your heart pumping so you can meet your next cardio session even stronger than the last. Get ready to sweat!

Creating the Ultimate TRX Experience

TRX Functional Training Circuits 
This challenging session begins with an advanced functional training workout wrapped in an engaging experience that will have you challenged, entertained and gasping for more! Then dive behind the curtain to explore the programming design, coaching tactics and insider secrets required to create an optimal training experience in a high-energy, multi-modality setting. Get ready to experience the ultimate functional training experience!

LUNCH: 12:15-1:30 pm

TRX for the Female Athlete 
Learn critical insights and strategies for improved female performance in this informative session. We'll dive deep into topics like the menstrual cycle and how to optimize training benefits during each phase, bone density, structural considerations resulting in knee issues, and the risks of the female athlete triad. You'll walk away with practical strategies to optimize training for the female athlete.

Rip Training Essentials  
This session utilizes the TRX Rip™ Trainer to delve into an important yet under-trained foundational movement: rotation. This eye-opening session will take you through a rotational journey, from how to coach the basic mechanics of rotation to producing rotational power during high-speed movements. You'll understand how incorporating rotation into programs benefits functional strength and high-intensity training.

TRX Power Yoga & Restore 
Discover what's next in TRX Yoga. We'll start with a 35-minute power sequence that blends yoga and fitness through the steady, rhythmic flow of the straps. Then, we'll transition into 40 minutes of restorative yoga that incorporates the straps and props to help you hold tension-releasing poses while the body relaxes and recovers. Get ready to power up and power down in one epic experience.

TRX FACEUP Games 
The summit will close with our infamous TRX FACEUP Activity. The TRX family is all about what it means to be a team. We work together, push each other, laugh together, lead each other, and help carry the load--both physically and mentally. The constructs of these bonds are hard to define, but the F.A.C.E.U.P acronym comes close. F- FUN, A- Authentic, C- Competitive, E- Effective, U- United, P- Physical.
