While fasting has been practiced for centuries, our understanding of how to balance it with physical fitness is just emerging. Whether you are a seasoned fasting expert or a novice, the effects of fasting (and all its variations) are complex and require adequate understanding in order to apply it properly in fitness settings. This L will bring together the science and real-world application of fasting to help you understand the risks and benefits of using it in combination with exercise. We will discuss several case studies and answer questions to help you feel confident in applying these tools.
