Low back pain is the most common musculoskeletal issue in the world. During this interactive session, the fitness professional will discover why low back pain is so pervasive and the three most common types of low back pain. Additionally, fitness professionals will be able to assess their clients and determine how to best structure their corrective exercise and training program. They will learn how to educate their clients in performing the most effective corrective exercises and how to most effectively communicate with their clients. Finally, fitness professionals will leave understanding how to incorporate the most effective evidence-based information into their current training programs to deliver more functional results.
