There is no guarantee education will be selected, but sponsorship is a prerequisite to have education on the program. Company will be responsible for speaker fees, travel, and accommodations for selected branded educational sessions.

  • All food and beverage costs will be paid by sponsor, directly to the event hotel. Food and beverage is not required.
  • If sponsor brings their own food and beverage product for the session, all corkage and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sponsor.
  • Seminar can be promotional in nature to get your messaging in front of a captive audience.
