Health Magazine’s top 10 healthiest fast-food breakfasts

By now it’s clear to most of us that eating breakfast is a valuable start to the day. But some mornings we just can’t pull it all together in time to feed ourselves properly, which makes it tempting to skip breakfast altogether or head to the drive-through for convenience. Fortu­nately, it seems that grabbing healthy, well-balanced fast-food morning calories is not as challenging as it once was.

Health asked a team of experts to choose and rank what they thought represented the best mix of complex carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats in fast-food breakfasts.
